​I was appointed as the executive of People Teams as Mychurch Canada September 2019. At the time, I was the youngest person to have occupied that position. I was responsible for four teams consisting of over 100 volunteers. Our primary goal was to reach out to people in the community, care for them and connect them to a support system that act as a family for them. Through this process I was responsible the following:

• Overseeing the successful and smooth operations of four teams with over 100 volunteers i through their respective leaders

​

• Facilitate developmental and strategic weekly meetings with key leaders from teams to ensure organizational goals are achieved

​

• Conduct and participate in staff meeting with founders and executive team to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources accordingly

​

• Evaluate available resources using checklists to ensure that programs run smoothly providing excellent service for people in the community
