
​I was appointed as the executive of People Teams as Mychurch Canada September 2019. At the time, I was the youngest person to have occupied that position. I was responsible for four teams consisting of over 100 volunteers. Our primary goal was to reach out to people in the community, care for them and connect them to a support system that act as a family for them. Through this process I was responsible the following:

Overseeing the successful and smooth operations of four teams with over 100 volunteers i through their respective leaders

Facilitate developmental and strategic weekly meetings with key leaders from teams to ensure organizational goals are achieved

Conduct and participate in staff meeting with founders and executive team to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources accordingly

Evaluate available resources using checklists to ensure that programs run smoothly providing excellent service for people in the community
