At Ericsson Canada, while working on the Product Line Maintenance team as a Support Engineer (co-op),

I was able to contribute to the team as well as gain some valuable experiences as shown below:

  • Partnered with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough discovery and due diligence on existing processes in order to develop better solutions

  • Supported senior engineers in analysis, design and testing of high functionality advanced antenna systems before deployment

  • Developed and populated SharePoint master page documenting potential customer technical problems and solutions for future use by team to resolve customer cases

  • Resolved issues to meet customer satisfaction by keeping customers updated on project status while maintaining good action plan for investigation and resolution of case

  • Worked with software development team to fix reported errors and bugs on newly released software before software redeployment to decrease software release issues by over 25%
