The longer version

Most of my career has lived in the space between technical teams and everyone else who depends on what they build. I am a Solutions and Implementation Consultant with close to five years spent inside enterprise healthcare SaaS, taking complex client requirements and turning them into working systems.

That means owning a project from the first discovery call through configuration, integration, testing, training, and go-live, and staying in the room for whatever comes after.

Along the way I picked up a habit of going deep on the technical side of things I touch. That is part of why I spent this year earning two AWS certifications and building hands-on cloud projects. Not because a certificate was required, but because I wanted to actually understand the infrastructure underneath the products I help implement.

I care about getting things right for the people using the system, not just the people buying it. A lot of implementation work fails quietly because nobody accounted for how much change management a rollout actually requires. I have spent years in that exact gap.

  Built the product function from the ground up at a pre-seed proptech SaaS company, leading a cross-functional team across engineering, QA, AI strategy, and legal.

  • Designed a 4-tier, door-based pricing model scaling from independent landlords to 1,500+ unit enterprise portfolios
  • Planned and directed a 6-week platform rebuild spanning payments, lease lifecycle, tenant screening, vendor management, and analytics, with 30+ tickets sequenced in strict dependency order
  • Identified a slipping sprint timeline early, then rebuilt sprint planning discipline with fixed ticket sizing and no cross-week carryover for all subsequent cycles
  • Ran a competitive assessment across five AI product initiatives against category leaders, identifying a defensible product gap in AI-guided property tours — directly informing Aurora, Propurti's AI virtual tour feature, now live in the product
  • Built the company's data governance policy from scratch, including retention rules and financial record archiving, in direct response to a real operational incident

Maintained a 95% client retention rate by staying close to the people actually using the software and closing the loop between client needs and product development. Coached new team members through onboarding and worked directly with senior and executive stakeholders throughout.

Developed an early fluency in translating between technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders, a skill that has defined the rest of my career.
